Shipping Policy

PLEASE READ BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER

Thank you for choosing the National Bud Association (NBA)! We’re committed to bringing you premium THCA flower at great prices with top-tier customer support. Below is a straightforward overview of our order processing, fulfillment, and shipping process for full transparency and realistic expectations.

Fulfillment & Shipping Schedule

Business Hours: Customer Service and Fulfillment operate Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM Pacific Standard Time (PST). We do not process orders, pack, or ship on weekends or federal holidays.  

Weekend & Holiday Orders: Orders placed after hours, on weekends, or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Processing Time:

  • Most orders ship within 1 business day of being placed.  
  • Same-day shipping happens occasionally but is not guaranteed.  
  • We allow up to 3 full business days for processing and preparing your order for shipment.

Shipping Notifications

As soon as your shipping label is generated, you’ll automatically receive an email containing your tracking information.  

Important: A printed label means your order is being prepared for carrier pickup; it does not mean it has shipped yet.  

When to Contact Us

Please wait at least 2 full business days after placing your order before reaching out about status.  

Examples:  

  • Order placed Monday → Please wait until Thursday before inquiring.  
  • Order placed Friday → Processing typically starts Tuesday (weekends are not business days).  

To cancel an order before it ships, contact us immediately. If the order hasn’t been processed or handed off to the carrier, we can cancel it and issue a full refund. Once it has left our facility, cancellation is no longer possible, but you may return the package (must remain completely sealed and in original condition) for a full refund upon our receipt.

Carrier Responsibilities 

Once your package is transferred to USPS or UPS, we no longer control transit times, delays, or any issues during shipping.  

Shipping Fees: All shipping charges collected at checkout are passed directly to the carrier—we do not mark up or profit from shipping rates. Carrier-related delays are beyond our responsibility.

Resolving Order Issues

  • Your 5-digit order number  
  • A clear explanation of the problem  
  • Any requested photos to help us verify and improve  

We stand behind our products and will correct any mistakes on our end to ensure your satisfaction. Please contact us before leaving negative feedback—most concerns are resolved quickly and fairly.  

Lost or Stolen Packages: While we are not liable for packages lost or stolen in transit, we will do everything reasonably possible to assist you.

Cancellation Policy Reminder: Orders can only be canceled before processing begins. Once a shipping label is printed, cancellation is not available—return the unopened item for a full refund instead.

Customer Courtesy

Our team works hard to deliver quality products and excellent service. We ask that all interactions with our support staff remain respectful.  

Use of profanity, threats, or abusive language will not be tolerated and may result in a permanent ban from our website.

Estimated Shipping Timeframes

Examples (business days only, weekends and holidays excluded):  

  • Order placed Monday, January 5th → Latest ship date: end of Wednesday, January 7th (we aim for Tuesday whenever possible).  

Selected Shipping Options:

  • USPS Priority Mail: Typically, 1–3 business days after shipment.  
  • UPS 2nd Day Air: 2 business days after shipment.  
  • UPS Next Day Air: 1 business day after shipment.  

Additional Information:

  • We do not ship internationally.  
  • We cannot ship to states where THCA/hemp-derived products are restricted or prohibited (including but not limited to Arkansas, Hawaii, Idaho, Kansas, Minnesota, Louisiana, Oklahoma, Oregon, Rhode Island, Utah, Vermont). Always verify current state regulations.  
  • Orders over $150 may require an adult signature for delivery.  
  • UPS 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air do not deliver on Saturdays. Friday shipments usually arrive Monday (Next Day Air) or Tuesday (2nd Day Air).
