Return & Refund Policy

Returns

You’re welcome to return any item, provided it remains in the same pristine, unopened condition as when it was delivered. Every NBA product is expertly sealed to lock in freshness and eliminate odor. Once the seal has been broken or the package opened, we’re unable to accept the item for return or issue a refund. Because of the nature of these cannabis/hemp-derived products, opened items cannot be resold, and we strongly advise against shipping them once unsealed.

Refunds (when applicable)

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll send you an email confirming we’ve got it. You’ll also be notified whether your refund request is approved or declined.  

If approved, we’ll process your refund and automatically apply the credit to your original payment method (usually your credit card) within a reasonable number of business days.

Sale items 

Only full-priced items are eligible for refunds. Regrettably, items purchased during sales or promotions are non-refundable.

Exchanges (when applicable)

We’ll happily replace any product that arrives defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the identical item, simply email us at sales@nbadistro.com, and we’ll send you the current return shipping address.

Please note: You are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. Return shipping fees are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the amount you paid for return shipping will be deducted from your refund total.

Delivery time for any replacement item will depend on your location.

For items valued over $75, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method or adding shipping insurance. While we do everything possible to ensure smooth returns, we cannot guarantee that we will receive your package.
